Braces
Braces are the cornerstone of orthodontic treatment. Each year thousands of children require realignment of their teeth and that can be done effectively with the use of braces. The principle idea is that during skeletal development in childhood, we can rearrange the development of our natural denture and the shape of the jaw bone by applying constant pressure in certain points and teeth.
There are many types of braces and materials. Therefore the dentist in accordance to patient’s needs will organize a proper treatment plan.
It is important to know that numerous visits to the dentist, with a two to three months interval, will be required as revaluation is essential.
