MeditourGroup, as a primary medical tourism facilitator, connects you with health care professionals, offers instant access in emergency medical services and coordinates emergency transportation and treatment in highly accredited Hospitals and medical Centers.

At the hotel reception desk during check-in and in your hotel room, you will find our small two-page leaflet of MeditourGroup.

At the back page of the leaflet you will find the two QR codes of our smart phone application, one for iOS and one for Android smartphones. Depending on the type of smartphone you use, open the camera of your smartphone, and focus on the appropriate QR code. Then click on the link of the picture and you will be transferred to our application Meditour.

Then you press ‘download” and completely free of charge you download the application Meditour and the icon appears on your smartphone desktop.

By clicking the icon and within a few minutes you complete the subscription process, and you are ready to use our application! After first subscription, every time you open our app you are transferred instantly to the main app desktop. There you will find at the top two buttons.

First button is a call for ambulance.

Second button is a request for a call back to you regarding medical problem.

By clicking on each one you sent a request and MeditourGroup as medical facilitator connects you promptly with the suitable medical personnel and/or private Hospital near to you.

At the bottom of the main app desktop you will find exclusive beauty offers, and by clicking on a selected one you sent us a message and we arrange everything for you!

Through our innovative application Meditour (iOS & android) every single visitor of our hotel network partners, can access our emergency medical services and take advantage of unique beauty offers. Our Coordination Center stuffed with an experienced and dedicated team under the supervision of health care professional can guide you through any medical emergency situation by connecting you with our network of doctors and hospitals.

MeditourGroup has a price list for every primary healthcare service (i.e. doctor visit in hotel room, blood tests, beauty offers) and the payment is directly to our company.

In case of emergency medical transportation (most commonly with ambulance) and admission to a private Clinic for therapy, the Clinic is the only authorized to assess treatment costs and payments, depending on every case and the patient pays the Clinic either directly or through his private health care insurance portfolio.
